Frequently Asked Questions

  • To secure your session, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. Once the deposit is received, your date is locked in. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

  • Sessions can take place at your home, a favourite local park, an outdoor location or in a studio setting. Travel is included within 10 km of Crows Nest, with an additional fee for locations further away.

  • Most sessions run for approximately 1–1.5 hours. This allows plenty of time for your pet to relax, explore and be themselves without feeling rushed.

  • That’s completely normal and expected. Sessions are relaxed and pet-led, with plenty of breaks for sniffing, play, treats or cuddles. Safety and comfort always come first.

  • Absolutely. You’re very welcome to be included in the session. Photographs of pets with their people are always encouraged.

  • Weather-related reschedules are always free. We’ll simply choose a new date that works for everyone.

  • Your private online gallery will be ready within 7 to 10 days of your session. From there, you can view your edited photographs and choose the images, artwork or digital files you would like to purchase.

  • Yes. You can choose from gift prints, framed prints, canvas, acrylic wall art, acrylic blocks, collections and custom-designed luxury album A full product and price guide is available privately to help you choose the best option for your photographs and home.

  • Yes, unless you request otherwise. I may use selected images for my portfolio, website and social media. Just let me know if you’d prefer your images to remain private.

  • Digital files are not included in the session fee, but they are available to purchase separately. Digital copies of your ordered images are also included with selected product orders and collections. Full product and digital options will be provided when you are ready to choose your photographs.

Terms & Conditions

  • One reschedule is permitted at no additional cost with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Weather-related reschedules are always free.

  • The pet owner is responsible for their pet’s behaviour during the session. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are the top priority, and sessions may be paused or adjusted if a pet becomes overstimulated, anxious or unwell.

  • Purchased digital files will be delivered through a private online gallery. Digital files are licensed for personal use only and cannot be resold or used commercially.

    Pawsome Smiles Photos retains copyright and may use selected photographs for its portfolio, website and social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

  • Travel is included for locations within 10 km of Crows Nest. Sessions outside this area may incur an additional travel fee.
