To secure your session, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. Once the deposit is received, your date is locked in. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
Sessions can take place at your home, a favourite local park, or an outdoor location of your choice within the local area around Crows Nest. Travel is included for nearby suburbs, with a small travel fee applying for locations further away.
Most sessions run for approximately 1–1.5 hours. This allows plenty of time for your pet to relax, explore and be themselves without feeling rushed.
That’s completely normal — and expected. Sessions are relaxed and pet-led, with plenty of breaks for sniffing, play, treats or cuddles. Safety and comfort always come first.
Absolutely. You’re very welcome to be included in the session if you’d like — pet and owner portraits are always encouraged.
Weather-related reschedules are always free. We’ll simply choose a new date that works for everyone.
Your professionally edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery within 7–10 days of your session.
Yes. You can order beautiful prints and wall art, including canvas, framed prints, metal or glass block prints, as well as custom photo books.
Yes, unless you request otherwise. I may use selected images for my portfolio, website and social media. Just let me know if you’d prefer your images to remain private.

One reschedule is permitted at no additional cost with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Weather-related reschedules are always free.
The pet owner is responsible for their pet’s behaviour during the session. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are the top priority, and sessions may be paused or adjusted if a pet becomes overstimulated, anxious or unwell.
Edited images will be delivered digitally in high resolution within 7–10 days via a private online gallery.
Clients receive personal-use rights to all delivered images. Pawsome Smiles Photography retains copyright and may use selected images for portfolio, website and social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Travel is included within the local area (North Sydney, Willoughby, Neutral Bay, Mosman). Sessions outside this area may incur an additional travel fee.
